We must bear in mind that the Taoiseach had spoken from Washington DC on 12 March and on 20 March the side letter arrived and this was taken to RTÉ with a guarantee to underwrite the commercial agreement. Then it is referred to in the report last night that there was some pushback. Who pushed back?
