Seán Ó Fearghaíl: In fairness to the Minister of State, we have two difficulties here. We have the Minister of State standing in for her colleague and she is not obviously equipped with the information that Deputy Munster is seeking. Equally, the question, while it is valid and important, is not as specific as it might be. There is that difficulty.
