David Norris: I am objecting to the adjournment of the House and I will speak on it and call a vote. A precedent was created when the Government was defeated when I called a vote in exactly the same circumstances. It may be an error but the precedent exists and it must be observed. I heard exactly what was said and there is no doubt that the Government lost this motion.
