John McGuinness: I informed members previously that we had actually sent the letter but I suppose that was not the case because, on inquiry, we found that a legal case has to be made by the Committee of Public Accounts to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in order for this to be approved under the legislation. That submission must be robust in terms of its legal position and what we intend to do....
