John McGuinness: It is a major issue and has been raised. I will not go through the comments made in the Seanad, and not just by Senator Darragh O'Brien. It has been raised as an issue that is central, as Mr. McDonagh rightly acknowledged, to the economy and the State. I would have thought that when the papers were handed to the Garda, it would have to examine them, but surely it would have contacted NAMA...
