David Norris: We need a new airport. We not only need a second terminal at Dublin Airport, we badly need a terminal designed for the 21st century. If this legislation can deliver that, it will be a good day's work. However, I do not believe that is its aim and in that regard I have the same reservations as Senator Quinn.
