Catherine Murphy: I would appreciate that. Turning to UCC, Professor O'Shea was at pains to say on several occasions that public funding was less than 50% and that the majority of funding was not coming from the public purse. UCC has picked us up on that a few times and I understand there is an issue with the funding of third level, but we will leave that aside. Would the campus exist without the public purse?
