Noel Coonan: Perhaps at the end of the year he could be there for the official opening, just prior to the general election we anticipate. This is a serious issue. I urge the Minister of State and his senior Minister, Deputy O'Keeffe, to sanction this proposal because it is essential for the people of the area and it is an example of what we need in rural Ireland.
