Jerry Buttimer: The Senator deserves great praise for his advocacy on this. He is an example of the championing of disability issues, to be fair to him and I thank him for that, as other Members of the House also are in their particular niche areas. Senator Craughwell has a couple of niche areas and the floor is now his. It one issue and two minutes.
