John Gormley: Very well. If the amendment has been withdrawn, the proposal I made to the Senator was that I would revert to him at that stage. I must consult my officials as he has raised a series of issues about the 1958 Act and so on. I propose to give Members my assessment when Senator Coffey tables his amendment on Report Stage.
