Seán Fleming: It is extraordinary that the Garda Síochána is here today in front of the Committee of Public Accounts and cannot answer that question. The internal audit report has been worked on for some time. I am looking at the internal audit report. The witnesses have all had draft reports since September 2016. It is eight or nine months later and they still cannot answer that question....
