Imelda Munster: I asked if the OPW had a maintenance plan in place and the answer was "Yes". When I asked if it could be furnished to us, it turned out to be convoluted, was done by district and could not be easily obtained.

Imelda Munster: I know that. I am a bit embarrassed for the OPW saying that it has a preventive maintenance plan but that plan has not come together for districts, regions or whatever and that nobody in particular is overseeing that plan as a whole given the amount of money.
