Mattie McGrath: Deputy Buttimer continues to compete with Deputy Durkan for heckler of the year. I accept that the fiscal compact treaty is a serious document. I have not made up my mind in respect of it and I am waiting to see what we can extract from Europe. We have an opportunity to get something from Europe. Those opposite can laugh at me if they choose but, like them, I am an elected Member of this House.
