I wish to ask Mr. McEnery about Chinese walls. I have been hearing such walls a great deal in recent years. Is Dr. Boylan saying there is also a need for regulation, and following on from that medical ethics guidelines and so on, which would be the function of the various representative organisations? Regulation would be done by the Department of Health, I presume.
