Jennifer Whitmore: My understanding is that if the Government is saying that it will be 500,000 B2-equivalent homes, potentially, 700,000 or 1 million homes would give one the same emissions savings as 500,000 B2 homes. Is that correct? Am I reading that correctly? The programme for Government, however, specifically stated 500,000 homes that were at B2 level.
