Trevor Sargent: This Bill is another example of shifting influence away from the communities affected by the projects in mind to the unaccountable part of our State. That is unacceptable to the Green Party. While infrastructural development is needed, incinerator proposals are not acceptable while the question mark over the introduction of nuclear power in the future is also not acceptable.
