Catherine Connolly: We have discussed it and heard the theory, but the reality on the ground is that there is a huge delay in the roll-out of shared services. The ETB's representatives explained to us the issues related to payroll. I am trying to get my head around the finance aspect. I do not know how far behind we are in the roll-out, but the people who are speaking to us identified it as a risk.
