Jimmy Deenihan: The sums are clear and they are quantified. The Senator referred to cost benefit analyses on numerous occasions but these are the sums and they are very credible. Further savings could be achieved in the future. Once all the arrangements are in place, the savings we make from the rationalisations in 2013 will endure into 2014.
