Mattie McGrath: My question is on the strategic infrastructure Bill. The new Saorview service will not be available in many parts of the country until much later than other parts. Furthermore, RTE has been causing periodic outages of transmission while the service is being upgraded. This is often done without notice to viewers and is causing much disquiet to families and providers.
