Marcella Corcoran Kennedy: This is not a policy matter. The Deputy should address that matter to the Secretary General. I am advised this is not a matter he should raise with the Minister.

Marcella Corcoran Kennedy: I am advised that the question is not specifically policy related. The question of what happened documentation within the Department is not something the Minister micro-manages, rather it is within the remit of the management of the Department.
