Pearse Doherty: Okay. I want to intervene as our chairperson is strict on time allocation, and we have a new chairperson and I have a limited time to contribute. I want to get to the core of this matter. I presume the Department is taking a Government position and is voluntarily reducing the fiscal space by another €150 million, which is the convergence or compliance margin.

Pearse Doherty: Yes, the margin of compliance, which according to the rules does not have to happen. The committee's job is to interpret the fiscal rules. The net fiscal space, as Mr. Coffey said, leaving aside the public pay deal and whether it will be accepted, is €650 million. Is that correct?
