Pearse Doherty: Okay. I want to intervene as our chairperson is strict on time allocation, and we have a new chairperson and I have a limited time to contribute. I want to get to the core of this matter. I presume the Department is taking a Government position and is voluntarily reducing the fiscal space by another €150 million, which is the convergence or compliance margin.
