Éamon Ó Cuív: I have tabled a similar amendment to amendment No. 7 in order to substitute the word "reasonable" for "necessary". In amendment No. 8 we are dealing with the issue of commonage. I bow to the much greater ability of the Parliamentary Counsel to draft legislation.
