Public Accounts Committee: Chapter 8 - Management of Outsourced Safety Cameras (19 Jun 2014)

John McGuinness: The system has grown up over the time that they have been in operation. Motorists know where cameras are likely to be and they drop to the appropriate speed limit.

Public Accounts Committee: Chapter 8 - Management of Outsourced Safety Cameras (19 Jun 2014)

John McGuinness: That should be in the contract.
