Paddy Burke: I welcome the witnesses. It seems that since the Houses of the Oireachtas passed legislation on the lotto, things have changed completely and the company has found new ways to increase its sales. We have only heard from Ms Buckley about sales. I can now sit in a pub where lottery sales are prohibited, but the company has found a way around that. People can sit in pubs to their hearts'...
