Maurice Quinlivan: Before we finish, I have a question on the European social pillar. My question is on training. Mr. Schmit suggests that 60% of adults should have some form of training each year. Is that achievable, given the lack of resources in that regard? Does he have a minimum time in mind that it will take to get to 60%?
