Séamus McGrath: There are between 3,500 and 4,000 vacant houses at this point in time. I know they are vacant for different periods and so on. The witnesses can understand how it looks, when there are more than 15,000 people in emergency accommodation at a significant cost and there are more than 3,000 potentially vacant houses. There seems to be an issue with funding, again, to the local authorities....
