Mairéad Farrell: Mr. Makhlouf can understand that seems crazy when we have heard from the CEO that this is to support the war effort or what I would call a genocide. Here in this particular instance, we are talking about our own troops being shot at and the fact that these bonds are supposedly helping a war effort.
