Mattie McGrath: With regard to the Health Service Executive Governance Bill 2012 and in view of what was published recently in the Irish Independent about family planning centres giving advice that is medically harmful and in breach of legislation, has the Minister asked the Health Service Executive to investigate this? The HSE was written to five weeks ago.
