Fergus O'Dowd: The issue with regard to Dingle is that millions of euro have been spent, particularly in the United States. Dingle is known worldwide. When one looks at a map, one expects to see Dingle. There is nothing wrong with the names An Daingean, Dingle or Danigean Uí Chúis. However, there is everything wrong with telling people they can only call the town An Daingean. Then, when they go to vote——
