Seán Fleming: The costs of the Deloitte report were mentioned in the High Court settlement. We all understand that the lack of adequate payment for Grace's service provider financially compromised the organisation for a considerable period. There is no mention here of whether the organisation has received any interim payment or how much that might be. Even that information should have been included.
