Dinny McGinley: We also need indigenous industries, tourism, agriculture and fisheries. Everything in the county is in crisis. It is a great pity that this by-election is being held in mid-winter, when it could have been held earlier in the spring, summer or autumn. It is being held in the winter because the Government's hand has been forced.
