Jerry Buttimer: The big worry Deputies and patients have is about communication with older people who may not have Internet access or who do not read the notices in pharmacies. How do we plan to communicate with such people?

Jerry Buttimer: Unfortunately, Deputy Ó Caoláin, it is beyond the remit of the Chair. It is an interpretation given by the Bills Office. We have communicated to you on what we received from the Bills Office. The Chair has no involvement in matters regarding amendments, as the Deputy knows quite well being a long-term parliamentarian. That matter is concluded.
