Catherine Murphy: It is not. I was surprised given the context of what is happening that the network did not feature in the national development plan. I think the Minister is right to say that there could be an opportunity but we have to help that opportunity. Is there any scope or discussion at European level for funding to assist in this particular area? Has the Minister been party to such a discussion?
