Simon Coveney: I would say Deputy MacSharry is someone who is easy to negotiate with. We are working through those issues, as we are obliged to do. Sligo County Council has an obligation to work through some very difficult financial matters at the moment. If I simply decide to grant significantly more money to Sligo to deal with difficult issues I had better take it from somebody else.
