John Browne: The Licensing Authority for Sea-Fishing Boats has informed me that they received an application for a Sea Fishing Boat Licence from the person named on 3 May 2006. It is the practice of the Authority to issue a licence offer subject to conditions within 15 working days of receipt of an application which means the licence offer will be issued today at the latest.
