Mary Hanafin: I am pleased to advise the Deputy that on 6 May, 2005 my Department gave devolved authority for the project in question to proceed to tender and construction. Planning permission for the project had been obtained from Kildare County Council in February 2005. Tender documents are being prepared by the project's design team and it is envisaged that it will go to tender shortly.
