Simon Harris: If it is helpful, I have a specific figure on the backlog which I may as well put on the record. It was above 80,000, as the Deputy will remember. On 9 May it had decreased to 77,000 and on 13 May, it was 71,361.

Simon Harris: Yes. I understand that the contraception working group has started reaching out to stakeholders and there will be an opportunity for submissions to be made to the group. I met the Irish Pharmacy Union, IPU, which is making a submission, and the HSE sexual health unit. I am aware that there are a number of family planning organisations that will be contacted and given the opportunity also.
