Paul Daly: This amendment goes in the same direction as amendment No. 42, which has previously been withdrawn by Senator Ruane. I thank her for withdrawing that in support of our amendment. We feel this is more specific and addresses the issues of a just transition and the communities and workers that have been impacted in a more detailed manner. Paul Daly: Nutrient value aside, it was water quality that I was coming at. If, for whatever reason, there is a percentage of farmers who have to put it out and who were forced to put it out before Tuesday, when the ground was saturated, that is not helping water quality. That is the argument I am making.
