Charles Flanagan: The Passport Card is designed on the basis of a credit card sized and so will fit conveniently into a wallet. It will be of a polycarbonate construction also very similar to a credit card. The industry standard to ensure durability and security of the card recommends that the validity should be set to no more than 5 years.
