Jerry Buttimer: I welcome the Minister of State at the Department of Health, Deputy Kathleen Lynch, who has been in the Visitors Gallery since the session commenced. For the benefit of Senator Mullen, other people who were before the committee in recent days did not declare an interest, a vested interest or membership of organisations.
