Shane Ross: The Taoiseach is good at giving no answers to any of the questions asked. On the promissory notes, does the Taoiseach stand behind the statements made by two of his Ministers that these promissory are relevant to the referendum? Does he stand by the statement by a Labour Minister that there will be delivery on the promissory notes by 31 March?
