Jan O'Sullivan: Why was that legislation moved from the Department of Education and Science to the Department of Health and Children? Are there indications in terms of the timeframe? The Bill is to protect children and is a North-South initiative. It has been on the legislative programme for the past few years but there has been no indication of progress.
