John McGuinness: In writing to the Office of the Chief State Solicitor we might ask when the proceedings against Mr. Shine in Donegal were initiated so we can determine when the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine instructed the Office of the Chief State Solicitor and when it took action. It is with regard to detail rather than an intervention.
