Finian McGrath: I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the following urgent matter, namely, the need for the introduction of statutory standards and inspection of disability services for children and adults; I call on all parties and the Government to commit to bringing in regulation and inspection if they are in government and to make this a priority matter.
