Jerry Buttimer: The joint committee will keep it in the public domain, as this Government closed down St. Patrick's Institution and no young people aged under 16 years are there. A capital project has been announced. The committee members will visit Oberstown. We were to visit earlier this year but because of other commitments we had to change that.
