Jerry Buttimer: We all concur with that. Lest people accuse the Chair of cutting down debate, members know that the Chair of this committee does not do that. I would have let Deputy Naughten speak at the end, but it is not the practice to make statements during public session. There was an opportunity for him to speak in private session.
