We are doing our best to try to include everybody, but if time is not given for the reply, we cannot do anything about it and so we will have to do it the other way. It is beneficial to the Members to get a reply if they can make time for that. Incidentally, this interruption does not in any way shorten the speeches of those waiting to speak.
