Kevin Moran: The Office of Public Works (OPW) has not obtained recent valuations for the Garda stations, which closed as part of the Rationalisation Programme 2012-2013. Should the OPW decide to dispose of any closed Garda stations, current market valuations will be obtained at that juncture.

The OPW has been in contact with the land owner in question and informed him that works on the channel bed are scheduled to commence in May 2018 as part of OPW’s ongoing maintenance programme in that area.
