Michael Healy-Rae: Two years ago a broken cover on a street in Cork was reported to Irish Water. It is still broke. Do the delegates seriously think only 14 covers broke in the entire country? That is ridiculous and they cannot possibly believe it. Everybody knows. We all see broken covers at different locations. The delegates must admit that they have seen them and if they have, have they reported them?
